DVZ and DVR roller crushers
DVZ and DVR roller crushers are mainly used for the crushing of slag from power plant or heating plant boilers. Crushers are installed directly behind a slag discharger under a boiler. The crusher design can be adapted for wet or dry crushing of slag. DVZ crushers are roller-toothed crushers for primary crushing of slag with a maximum input material size of up to 25-60 mm. DVR crushers are equipped with smooth or grooved rollers for crushing final product of up to 5 mm in size. They can also be used for economical crushing of coal, burnt lime, artificial fertilizers, and de-icing salts.
Main operating characteristics:
- high operating reliability
- low operating and maintenance cost
- easy servicing and maintenance
- long service life of main crushing elements
- high specific capacity
- low installation height
