KDC secondary cone crushers
KDC secondary hydraulic cone crushers are used for the crushing of hard, abrasive, non-sticky materials of compression strength up to 400 MPa (e.g. quartz, granite or basalt). Each crusher size is supplied with ungrouted crushing elements. The shape of the crushing elements allows high capacity use while covering the widest range of customers’ needs.
Main characteristics:
- high operating reliability
- low operating and maintenance cost
- rugged design
- high degree of comminution
- easy maintenance and servicing
- easy adjustment of operating settings
- easy discharge of the crushing space after material overfill
- high quality final product (grain size distribution and shape)
- crushing elements with a high manganese content
