Dolomite grinding plant

PSP Engineering successfully completed the dolomite grinding line turnkey project of capacity 25 t/h for a producer of nitrogen fertilizers in Hungary. The entire technology was supplied including the civil part. The main equipment includes the KTM 1800 vertical mill, DTIM 2000 dynamic separator, material bins, conveyors, elevators, weigh-feeders, filters and fans. The dolomite limestone 0 - 22 mm (max. 60 mm) is the inlet material. Fineness of the outlet product is max. 1% R0.250 mm, max. 15% R0.100 mm, min. 70% R0.010 mm.

Raw meal pregrinding plant

PSP Engineering put into operation raw meal pregrinding plant with PREMILL PM 1400 horizontal mill of capacity 205 t/h in the cement plant in the Czech Republic. The raw meal  0 - 45 mm of moisture < 3.0% is the inlet material. Fineness of the outlet product is max. 10% R 5 mm.

KTMU 1800 vertical coal mill

KTMU vertical mills are used to grind coal, petroleum coke, anthracite and other explosive fuels. The equipment meets safety and operation requirements, e.g. instantaneous release of overpressure caused by an explosion of material.
