Construction of new lime works fitted with one-shaft kilns

Main equipment: 3 x Maerz H4-1D one-shaft kiln, KTM 1800 vertical mill, KDT 1640, EDT 1230, and EDT 1430 vibrating screens, DVZ 30 and DVZ 50 roller crushers, CPLD 1000x7000 apron feeder, feeding, transport, de-dusting and dispatching equipment

Capacity: 3 x 200 t/d

Input material: limestone fraction 20 - 40 mm, 40 - 70 mm

Product I. reactivity: t60 = 6 - 10 min, residual CO2 < 2 %

Product II. reactivity: t60 = 3 - 5 min, residual CO2 < 2 %

Output product – lump lime: fraction 0 - 10 mm and 10 - 50 mm

Output product – ground lime: capacity 30 t/h, fineness 3% R0.09 mm


Kiln line 

Main equipment: rotary kiln Ø 4 x 50 m, PKZM30 shaft precalciner, SCZM shaft cooler

Capacity: soft-burnt lime 505 t/d, hard-burnt lime 355 t/d

Heat consumption: soft-burnt lime 4.5 MJ/kg, hard-burnt lime 5.6 MJ/kg

Residual CO2: soft-burnt lime 1.94 %, hard-burnt lime < 0.7 %

Main equipment: reconstructed rotary kiln Ø 2.7 x 41 m, new SCZM7 shaft cooler, new PKZM10 precalciner, new kiln line de-dusting system, new burner system

Capacity: 270 t/d

Heat consumption: 5.02 MJ/kg

Residual CO2: 1.33%


Lime grinding plant and lime hydration

Main equipment of grinding plant: KTM 1800 vertical mill, bag filter, radial process fan

Main equipment for lime hydration: rotary blade feeder, screw conveyor, bladed pre-blender, hydrator, blade dryer, bucket elevator, bag filter, radial fan

Input material for grinding plant: lime 0 - 50 mm

Output product of grinding plant: ground lime of fineness 3% R0.09 mm, capacity 35 t/h

Input material for hydration: lime of fineness 3% R0.09 mm

Output product of hydration: lime hydrate of fineness 3% R0.09 mm, capacity up to 10 t of hydrate/h


Lime grinding plant

Main equipment: 2 x  KTM 1200 vertical mill with DTIM 1100 dynamic separator, PT 800 lime disc feeder

Capacity: 2 x 10 t/h

Input material: lime fraction 0 - 20 mm, moisture < 0.5 %

Output product: fineness 1.5% R0.2 mm, 15% R0.08 mm
